We usually do so I don't see why not, Victini for BW, Torchic w/ Blazikenite for XY, Munchlax w/ Snorlium Z for SM and Rockruff w/ Own Tempo were all early-purchase events that were not available in their respective games unless you got the event.

I think OP meant something that wasn't coded into the game (to avoid leaks, idk) and is comming as something completely new via DLC.

Probably but I wouldn't mind them being real. My only complaint is that the grass starter's plant seems a little tacked on. Unless i'm missing something from nature or folklore or something.

I like them but that newt/salamander is too pale and red. The bunny looks like a little peach bun which is a nice touch. I don't really get goat boy's theme but their color schemes all seem to be offbrand style for starters. they would make awesome two-stage pokemon sets for a new gen.
