Very low, considering since HG/SS, they've hired new staff to work on the remakes who would have grown up playing the games being remade (HG/SS team members mentioned it in passing to the senior staff and running the numbers back from ORAS leaves any new hires for that to have started with Gen III) Game Freak had this want ad up late last year/early this year and running numbers back on potential candidates for these positions would leave them squarely within the age range for starting with Sinnoh. Sinnoh remakes are coming lad, you just need to hold your sperg until the new core game launches to kick off the new Gen.
