>>37112689I mean like, good luck even landing that incredibly tiny down tilt against anyone with range.
>>His recovery isn’t as bad as people think, it’s not good by any means but it isn’t deal breaker horrible. It's still very bad, very easy to punish and does not send him high enough at all. Harassing him offstage will be cake and catching him as he tries to sweetspot the ledge will also be easy because his Up B always moves in the same predictable angle.
>>The bad mobility isn’t much of an issue since he can work his way around itHow? There's another character in this game with a similar problem; Kirby. Kirby has very little range and even though he's moderately quick on the ground, it is so easy to just keep him away from you so he can't do his grab combos and if you put him in the room with a swordie he just dies. Incineroar is going to have this problem even worse because he's even slower.
>>you can’t really camp him out unless you have a strong lead anywayThis doesn't make sense, if I'm using Simon, Incineroar poses no threat to me. Well spaced fairs and ftilts means he cannot do a single thing to me because he cannot get in with his awful run and bad air mobility. If I'm using Villager, it's the same deal, there is nothing he can do about pellets, gyroid and tree except sit there and take damage. You're really underselling how much being slow with no range hurts a character, Incineroar has every single trait Brawl Ganon has minus frame data.
>> at the very least he looks really really good in doubles.Cloud is a doubles monster and I will bet money he will eat Incineroar alive.
