Literally the whole fucking point of buying these pieces of shit was to play a mainline-style game on the TV, but the catching controls are so goddamn garbage that if the Pokémon is moving around you've literally got a better chance of calculating Pi to an exact digit and reciting the entire thing from memory with 40 seconds of prep time than you have of getting the ball to go within 14 football fields of where the fucking Pokémon is, and in the astronomically rare occasions when the fucking joycon decides to throw it in the right fucking direction, the Pokémon decides to do the fucking 'knock away' animation just in time to not get in the ball.
I like most of the rest of the game, but my fucking Masuda I can't bring myself to even attempt to catch anything outside handheld mode unless it's a Route 1 shitmon. I don't know what the fuck you would expect me to do if I ever found a fucking shiny in TV mode.
I don't care how hard you're working on Gen 8, fucking patch this shit right now so I can use the handheld mode of capture in fucking docked mode. I don't care if you'd have to miss your daughter's wedding to do it, fucking get that patch out. The fact that you refused to let people use it proves to me that you knew the joycon motion detector was arse and still let the game ship without fixing it. Fuck you, I hope the next nuke lands on your fucking house.
