You know what just hit me typing this up? Game Freak are the only ones doing it "right" in terms of sales.
No one has time to play hundreds of games with hundreds of hours of grinding every year which will eventually lead to a bust as these yearly live services fall further and further behind
Meanwhile, Game Freak are starving us of content make a lot of idiots want to buy whatever shit they put out to get more. Masuda out of sheer laziness has become an accidental business genius.
