Basic: I think this is the strongest stage in terms of "Pokemon" design. Great proportions and love the leaves as spines idea, and I also love that you've given it a grumpy expression (like Litten) rather than the standard happy starter look.
Middle: Its a very interesting progression to introduce the electric type, but I do this is the weakest stage and could do with reworking a little. As somebody else suggested, making the whip a tail would make it seem far more natural. I don't think the proportions here work well either - if it's intended to be entirely bipedal, then you should extend the legs a bit more like Charmeleon or Combusken. I also think the leaf placement here is poor, and doesn't translate as well as the other stages. I would suggest scrapping the big leaf on the stomach entirely, and maybe covering the head in a leaf good or leaf afro. Something to add more personality, and feel more purposeful than random placement.
Final: I like the majority of this design, especially the electric wood armbands. I really don't like the single leaf on the head though, I don't think it adds anything of interest to the design and clashes with it desu (looks goofy on an intimidating design). I would suggest trying to give it larger ears, so it comes across as more animalistic (the face looks too human rn).
Overall though it's a great line!
