Golbat is my best bro in Let's Go Eevee. Even more so than Eevee.

But I can't get him to evolve. How much happiness does he need? Am I a bad trainer and he's not telling me? Why won't he let me know something is wrong! I just want to do what's best for him! If he's unhappy then that makes me unhappy.
