Flame Crash (90 PP, 10% chance to burn- physical equivalent to flame thrower)
Bolt Dash (90 PP, 10% chance to paralyze, as previous; physical equivalent to thunderbolt)
Give these moves to Pokemon that are better off using physical attacks because of their stats (for example, tapu Koko)
