One arcade game they could include is the Pikachu surfing minigame from Yellow. I loved that but I think you couldn't access it without cheats/events/Stadium due to Pikachu not naturally learning Surf.

They can also include a pair of Pokémon Pachinko-themed headphones that destroy your ears while you're in said parlor because Pachinko is fucking obnoxiously loud.
