Last I knew, the set for it was Swords Dance, Stone Edge, Waterfall, and Aqua Jet with Rockium Z. I also used a similar set with Beartic before, and it worked ok.
Ferrothorn can do basically whatever it wants in rain. You could use the generic Stealth Rock, Seeds, Status, and Knock off, but it also has Spikes, Curse, Gyro Ball, Magnet Rise, Worry Seed, Ingrain, Gravity, Block, Power Whip, Rock Polish, Swords Dance, Giga Drain, and Acid Spray in its fun moves.
