The cave under the bicycle road in Sinnoh (not the secret one with Gible)
Totally skippable, since getting under the road was optional to begin with and once in the cave you needed Flash, which wasnt an HM in that gen, plus the cave had no real exit, the main goal being finding some little bitch deep down the cave and escorting her to the entrance.

In B/W there was an actual event with Zoroark and the shiny Legendary Dogs so Lostlorn Forest had an actual purpose, but in B2/W2 it was just there. Same with Liberty Tower.

The place was only relevant in BW and only if you wanted the event zoroark (and you needed the event raikou/suicune/entei to activate the event). Since it had a very specific purpose nobody bothered with that area
