True, but what type would it be? Onix is already Rock / Ground, so just lose the Ground? Or do some bullshit like Rock / Fairy cause Fairy is a bullshit type that means nothing can be applied to anything "magical"?

Steel isn't immune to Water, though. You can solve this by giving it Storm Drain, at least.

Alolan Steelix could be Ice/Steel.

by and large, the color palette of a mon often hints at what type it is. There's pre-established norms and that's why when one bucks the trend it's considered a mindfuck by some.
