At this point you can set up SR and force out Melmetal or Gyarados with a counter, while protected by the Reflect.
Facade is for anyone stupid enough to paralyze it, or Bulk Up Mew burning it. EQ is to hit Nidoqueen, Nidoking, and Rhydon, not Melmetal and Mega Aerodactyl can't do enough damage with EQ to KO a full health Melmetal.
Everything else, you spam Rock Slide and fish for flinches. Hell, you can even fish for flinches against Mew and Eevee, and landing one wins you the match. M-Aerodactyl 100% kills Aerodactyl, so you should always Mega Evolve it if the opponent leads with it, which is a free KO.
