On that note, I don't feel that strongly about Gorochu anyway - I'm not all that interested in what we know of its design and I feel like it's hard to imagine being any less ambivalent to it than to Pichu. I like Raichu and it's overshadowed enough as is, and I struggle to picture how Gorochu might have turned out without being Poliwrath levels of "way too small a change." I'd just have to see it for my mind to change, and since that's obviously not going to happen, I'm just going with "don't care enough to be mad it's gone, don't dislike the idea enough to be glad it's gone." It's just a thing that didn't happen, and not even an interesting one because we don't know anything concrete ABOUT "what might have been;" it really shouldn't matter to anyone.
