I was constantly harassed by like 10 job recruiters for jobs I wouldn't have been able to do. Most of the time for the same fucking job. They don't look at your resume, they just call everyone and hope that one of them is a match for the job. Calling me 8 times a day for the same job that I dont fill the requirements for is a sure way to piss me off.
I dont know how they got my contact information and they continue to call me after I tell them that Im not interested in their services. They'll just change their phone number and pretend to be a different company.
Just apply directly. Job recruiters are a waste of time.
