Exodia has 1000 Attack so a hit would hurt.
But since it does not have any Speed or HP or Special Defense, any Arceus with a Special Attack would outspeed and easily kill Exodia.
Then again, if Exodia got auto leveled from 3 to 100 or something, those stats would drastically change and Arceus would have no chance.
