Even with a thousand arms, that kind of upkeep can't possibly be feasible considering the countless things that exist across the ever-expanding world, never mind what lies beyond the stars since there ARE things that exist outside of earth.
How the fuck would Arceus barely be known in that case if it's CONSTANTLY making rounds 25/8 to bless new lifeforms into existence worldwide?
And if Arceus comes down so often, why the fuck hasn't anyone tried to capture it? SURELY some bastard got his hands on a Master Ball and thought about intentionally setting up a scenario where Arceus needs to show just for the same of chucking said ball at it.
