The only move that benefits from sheer force is Ice Punch, I think it might work against certain mons but other than that not really sure

Give it Low Sweep instead of Close Combat and Thunder Punch instead of Volt Tackle. Why even give it Sheer Force if you're not going to use it?

Yeah, my bad, but still might as well have Low Sweep instead of Close Combat, and there are better options than Volt Tackle or Earthquake still. Bolt Strike and Sacred Fire both work with Sheer Force. Bolt Strike would have a BP of over 200.

BL3 at best. Electivire is still way too slow and fragile to take on most Pokémon, let alone the powerful threats of OU. Not to mention that Sheer Force doesn't help it at all when its learnset is smaller than a old man's cock and Electivire is a mono Electric type, meaning it can't get helpful STAB with the new moves you gave it.
