I just caught a Pikipek by the pokemon center, taught it work up and leveled it up until it learned drill peck. That takes out the lurantis pretty easy, assuming you don't get confused by its ally.

If you're playing USUM, catch a Trumbeak in the grass on the route outside Lush Jungle, then go to the PokeCenter near Lush Jungle and there'll be a girl there who trades you her Arbok for your Trumbeak. Arbok walls Lurantis pretty well, and IIRC it gets Mud Shot which wrecks Castform once it becomes a Fire type after Sunny Day.
