Regardless of the memery, if Venusaur were to be a Chad, all I imagine is pic related - a really long legged tinysaur. Or worse because both of them were in the hospital at some point for malnutrition growing up and him twice so the flower probably wouldn't be even that lively since his crazy religious mother's bullshit seems to have stuck with him unlike his sister.
