>>37195860Kanto is perfectly fine. The only issue is that GF has this quirk where they refuse to actually revamp regions in remakes beyond "same exact thing but with updated graphics". This is most jarring in the new LGBT games, where the maps still look like they're designed for an original gameboy game, just in 3D. It was even sort of an issue with FRLG looking much plainer than the Hoenn games back in Gen 3.
