OP, I hope you are still reading this thread. Seek professional help if you are able to. Even if you don't have insurance, there are more free and assisted programs than you might think. Look into them.
Just know that whatever problem you are facing, there is a solution to it. And it may take time, effort, and a little bit of luck to find it. If a doctor or medication is not working out, don't be afraid to look for another one. Sometimes it's a lot of trial and error for a good fit.
Exercise and diet are always great, but if you are already depressed, just taking some time to look into professional help is enough of a goal for you for now. I believe in you. You are destined for better things than the way things are now.
