You forgot Mt. Pyre, which is very close to Route 120, but still locked from the mainland by water and rocks, requiring circumnavigation of the base to even access the top, and that's not even regarding the free real estate of Ghost-types and local mediums, mourners, and paranormal loons that'd probably make decent accommodations for a Dark-type centered around things like precognition and disasters.
