The problem is Gen seven introduced a bunch of shit which made the powercreep ridiculous high, the tapus and the UBS, the former have their status just right while bringing their field to the game and the latter is min-maxed to hell and back with only one of them being shit and Z-Moves, boy that thing is ridiculous, before that a sweep could be cut short by bringing your wall and even breakers could be properly handled by the propper bulk mon, now any pokémon can brute force through his wall with a coverage or stab who does truckload of damage and sweep the game from there.
