With this I also need to get Celebi, the only way to get Celebi legit on a EU/US game is to complete pokemon colloseum on japanese using a japanese gamecube (which I bought) you can also use freeloader as I consider that not cheating (also have freeloader) a japanese memory card, complete up to E4 on a gen 3 japanese game, transfer that Celebi to the japanese game and then trade it to a EU/US 3 gen game
