I think that's fine though.
it could be the most versatile eeveelution. I've seen fakemon designs with a rainbow theme. They look pretty good.
I would prefer to see other types introduced first however.

It's based on a couple of areas of Hawaii with big Japanese shrines and a bunch of surrounding Japanese-themed tourist attractions built by people who have obviously never been to Japan. The "authentic Kanto gym" a parody of them.

Hawaii has a huge Japanese population. Oahu has Japanese signs in most major shops and food courts because of this large amount of Japanese.
