Post poke-related autism that you have I'll start.

For aesthetic purposes, I have to catch my main 6 in different pokeballs. The ball has to make sense for the poke too, so a fire type caught in a net ball won't do.

When I breed Pokemon they have to be in matching/close to matching balls.Also my starter has to be Brave or Adamant natured even if its a bad nature for them.

my main 6 have to have 6 different color schemes and there can be absolutely no type overlap.
i remember ditching krookadile because he went from brown to red when he evolved and i already had a red pokemon on my team.

There is nothing wrong with this. It's only autism if you accidentally catch said Fire type in a Net ball then proceed to break your console out of sheer anger.

You should be able to customize and change the ball your pokemon is in. Kinda like seals from DP but better since balltism cannot be satisfied on starters and a bunch of other pokemon.

All my pokemon have to have beneficial; or at the very least, natures that don't get in the way of a pokemon's role, for in-game teams and I'll keep hunting until I get a good nature, even of what I'm looking for only has a 5% encounter rate.

I don't look at natures or IVs at all and I use pokemon I like. Also I always give blackglasses to my starter, even if he doesn't know any dark moves. In my head my starter is always a BAMF and need sunglasses to show that off properly.

Beldum in Sun was nightmarish.

I only started doing this after they added the Dexnav in and continued into Sun though and I'm not sure if I want to keep doing it since it's taking forever to move through the game. I'm 120 hours in on Sun and only at Route 12. At the same time it's annoying to have to run through the game with shitty natures. I have a -Attack Charjabug which will become Vikavolt soon and it bugs me.

Aside from getting the proper hidden power, I leave "characteristics" to fate because, unlike natures, I treat them like the actual official personalities of my Pokémon, because otherwise I'd have caught nothing in life other than a bunch of timid and modest fellas that are scared of their own shadows and will blow a hole through anyone making a loud noise around them.

However, when I got my Emolga, I actively made sure it had a "Mischievous" characteristic.

Also, everything, shinies and legendaries included, go in basic Poké Balls. Any other balls I get are immediately sold to buy more Poké Balls. Finally, each regional team must be, at minimum, made up of 4/6 new Pokémon native to the region.
