https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_aWyb1S0f7IMystery Dungeon Explorers (and the whole series) and Stadium 1 and Stadium 2 are easily some masterpiece OSTs, MD for the immersion and coherence with the dungeons and locations, Stadium series for the flawless remixes of Kanto and Johto themes, many themes have up to 3 versions, an own take on the standard RGBY/GSC themes plus their slowed down and hyped versions or even groovy ones like the Team Rocket assault depending on the challenge, cup category and round.
Seriously have a marathon of Stadium OSTs and on my advice Pokemon Puzzle League OST too, it includes some original and remixed evergreen themes from the anime, Sabrina and Lorelei's themes are quite sexy, if you make listen to someone this another Mewtwo's one he'd would never guess it was from a vidya and not some movie or chill blues jazzy group:
