Just beat Black 2 for the first time after shelving Gen V for years cause of the weird designs. The overall level curve felt just challenging enough over the course of the game to keep it engaging, which is something new titles seem to lack. I still don’t like most of the designs but the game was better than I initially gave it credit for.
