Nothing about Dusk Lycanroc is specific to Ash other than that he's the only person we know so far to posses one. Lillie could have a Dusk Lycanroc, she could also have a Lillie-Greninja, but she cannot ever have an Ash Greninja because it's as unique to Ash as something can possibly be.
