It's heavy compared to like a 1ft electric mouse, but there's a reason not even the heaviest snakes try to attack their prey by falling on them, especially with not even their full body weight since they can't jump and can only rear back so far.
Steelix then doubles in weight, grows teeth (gaining access to the fang moves in the process), and gain barbs on its length. It bites better, it slams better, it constricts well the crushing is not much better but its more likely to seriously harm, which results in nearly doubling in attack
mega steelix doubles that doubled weight and gains flying sharpened shards, increasing to time-and-a-half the attack of normal steelix, three times that of onix.
