I didn’t think it was until I got internet. I thought the flowy thing was like a ghostly tail or cloak, but then it was completely ruined by 3D models by giving it legs and a dress. Now it’s just a cancer waifumon, but before it was just some cool early route psychic phantom, before they swapped out the cloak for a wedding dress. Really bad design.
