Mythicals and legendaries were a mistake from the starts. There's nothing legendary about them if every trainer has them, and their stats ruin any possibility of balanced competitive play.

Celebi and Jirachi are two of the least distributed legendaries in the west. People just don't mind very much since you can infinite numbers of them from the bonus discs.
