Hey I'm working on a ROM Hack and all the programs I currently use only allow me to substitute or change this in ROM.
Do you guys know Any thing I can use to 1 have a better interface to work with and 2 (most important) Add new pokemon trainers places items type abilities with out over riding preexisting ones?
