Just used Octillery in a gen 2 playthrough and he was great. He had a much more interesting movepool over normal water types, learning psybeam through level. On top of that, the usable attack stat was pretty cool.
What are some mons that are fun to use in playthroughs but seem to never be used, or some unexpected bromons?
