Yes, and the only change will be that all NPCs will be given one more pokemon, unless they have 6, with no changes in how the AI works or moves available to opponent pokemon.

You do know that Challenge mode is literally easier than the easy mode right? You get more Exp from fights that aren't actually anymore difficult than the regular mode, thus you level up easier and stomp everything quicker

You still have to grind for the level spike that occurs around Skyla.
There is another spike around the elite four.
