>>37284956I was doing resets of all my cartridges to do pure playthroughs with no hacks since I had a GameShark as a kid. My Blaziken in Emerald was Calm but naturally since it's an attack powerhouse I didn't notice it was week as a child. As opposed to being me yesterday when I spent 45mins or so resetting for a Naive Chimchar.
I have a normie friend playing LGPE now and he's only doing nature farming because I suppose he feels obligated to even though he's post game, he doesn't play competitively, and doesn't have anyone to battle with aside from the Elite Four.
I guess what I'm saying is abilities, natures, EVs, IVs go over most normal peoples' heads as they just want to catch and collect Pokemon in their spare time. They don't really have post game plans or play competitive.
