What is this percent bullshit?

There should be about 150 new ones every time and about half of the rest of the Dex. Fuck a set number, it should keep increasing depending upon how many there are in total.

Complete fresh start would be like B/W's dex(nothing but 156 new species)

Semi is like R/S/E's dex(135 new, 67 old)

Middleground is B2/W2's dex(156 new, 144 old)

Barley is Kalos dex (385 old, 72 new)
