If we're going by anime rules, you will have to be the person designated to win against him at the end of a league. By game rules, anyone could possibly win against these with only a few pokemon. Realistically, anyone capable of sound strategy could easily win against him. It probably wouldn't be me, but dumb luck and gimmicks wouldn't work so well. I was never a fan of sports, though.
