I won't be leaving the community surrounding the series as a whole because I'll still be playing the old shit, I just mostly won't play anything past X/Y once I feel I'm done with the slog that is Alola.
I'm always open to returning after that if they should ever do all the content later but just having been done with their garbage since July I'm already barely feeling a pull.
Hats off to them though if this comes true though, I guess... Takes some real fucked up "skill" to shake loose one of the top 3 to 5 literal autists for your series.
