Remove 30 Special Attack and put it into Speed, give it Tough Claws, make it Fairy/Fighting and give it Play Rough.

Also, remove those hips. Ugh.

0x - Dragon
0.25x - Bug, Dark
0.5x - Fighting, Rock
1x - Normal, Ground, Fire, Water, Grass, Electric, Ice, Ghost
2x - Poison, Steel, Psychic, Flying, Fairy

He'd have two more weaknesses. Also, Tough Claws don't really fit him. It should be something more knightly

It's not supposed to tank hits, it's supposed to do damage. The only resist to Fighting/Fairy is Poison and Gallade already has psychic moves to deal with it anyways.

I was going to go with Huge Power but I didn't want him to be too OP. I guess he could have No Guard and also learn Dynamic Punch.

A strong and reliable psychic STAB. Psycho Cut is weak, and Zen Headbutt is unreliable.
Inner Focus isn't bad, but it's very situational, an equivalent to Tough Claws might help more
Also, Sp. Def 115 --> 110 and Speed 110 --> 115
