Bulbapedia doesn't say so, and the way the names are, one would think the conclusion is they're not even programmed in the foreign copies, but I have my doubts.
Seriously, there's still a fair amount of E-Reader Pokemon stuff I feel like hasn't been answered, and even some of the sauces online don't have the full details.
