I think the gameplay will be like Pokémon SM gameplay, but instead of Pokémon you have recruitable townfolk that kinda follow you around. So there will be at least 7 main\playable characters, and you chose who to bring to each mission.
The setting seems to be High Fantasy, so there won't be technological or modern stuff around like in a Pokémon region.
The plot could be that demons\monsters are invading a town and that you have to fight them and rebuild it.
Also, Lillie and Cynthia are here as their alternate universe selves.
