In order of most to least likely
Gen 2 possibilities: Togepi is almost 100% certain. otherwise I have no idea. Marill is the pikachu clone so most likely but I could see Phanpy or Teddiursa making an appearance.
Gen 3 possibilities: Honestly no idea, this gen has no memorable shillmon. Plusle/Minun are too similar (and Ranger already did it). Skitty is likely, maybe Ralts? But that would make both versions too girly. Snowrunt or Taillow maybe because Ash had one?
Gen 4: Riolu is 110% certain, I'd guess Buneary as the girly pokemon. I could see Munchlax too since it's technically Gen 4 but has added KANTOOOO nostalgia
Gen 5: Won't get a Let's Go because Normans didn't make it this far
