Nintendo wouldn't host it for obvious reasons, general audiences who aren't into muscle lust in their monster-collecting (75% at least) will be put off the series. Not to mention that aside from losers on Mongolian tablecloth forums, people don't find GameFreak models attractive. If you were going to sexualize the games, you'd have to cast a wider net then your own personal fantasies.
