I just wish there was an option to turn him off. I don't need to be spoon fed stuff that I already know or that is utterly useless.
Also, WHY was it allowed to have the "Town Map" tied to it, I have to listen to him speak and play the slot machine on him before I can open the map!

This pretty much. Just give me an option to tell Rotom that I'm not in need of advice. I don't even mind that he tries to strike up conversation every once in a while but what really needs to go is his constant pestering about advice which he told me a million times already, when all I want to do is use the map in piece.

yea I didnt know that at the time, I was just getting back in the games after a somewhat long hiatus. it was the only pokemon game I had at the time for the 3ds. But I put them on the pokemon bank eventually and now im waiting for next gen

nope, last game I played in the series was fire red. Although my friends had told me that with X/Y they could battle the traditional way. I was just naive and thought Sun/Moon would have it too. Doesnt matter in the end, I built my team regardless of the game.

Kinda silly how ignorant you are of actual normies because you don't have friends. The games are one thing but normies and basedboys aren't gonna go out of their way to watch the anime when it's cable subscription-based. My friends and I have rewatched the anime through Netflix but they lose interest early on in the Indigo League and I don't even think they've made it to the Orange League in their life because they definitely remember Lugia from the movie but they didn't know about Pikachu vs Dragonite. They aren't virgins like us who download fansubs of every episode.

Either way, some of the episodes of the anime are just pleasant and fun to watch. It's by no means consistently great, there's plenty of other kid's shows that are definitely a better viewing experience nowadays, but Pokemon are cute and the writing tends to be pretty endearing.

I generally don’t like SM or USUM but i liked the rotomdex because it was an outlet to give the player something to remind what the fuck they are supposed to he doing after they haven’t Played the game in a bit. I always hated when I put the game down for an extended period of time (talking days and weeks here) just to rack my brain and walk around trying to remember what I just did and where I was going. Also rotom a cute.
