What was actually wrong with LGBT?

>Best Looking Pokemon Game by miles

>Only major change to the battle system is removing Abilities which were (Outside of competitive) just ignored outside of specific ones 99% of the time (Levitate/Shedinja/Mimikyu)

>Held Items are gone which no one used for single player ever

>Got rid of pointless random encounters from the 90s.

>Made shiny hunting an actually engaging thing to do and watch.

>Removes pointless EVs that stopped adding depth 3 gens ago

>Made IVs visible the moment you catch a pokemon

>Co-op gameplay perfect for playing with younger siblings or people unfamiliar with the series (Rly good for playing with SOs)

>Removed HMs that just took away possible move slots and limited your team choice (Every team HAD to have a flyer and a surfer)

What, your upset that it's easy? Pokemon's never been genuinely hard, there is always enough money and items and wild encounters to grind you never actually have to think to beat the single player. You want a challenge go play fucking Shin Megami Tensei you goddam weaboo. If you can't figure out the Pikachu with Splishy Splashy and Zippy Zap as moves is probably a crutch for 9 year old kids and you don't need to use it then you're too fucking dumb to be playing this game anyway.

It's not great for competitive? Showdown is right there, pick whatever Gen you want, they're not going away any time soon.

Waah the catching mechanics are bad! Sorry that you're apparently too disabled to play the insanely strenuous task of fucking Wii Bowling instead of just pressing a button and watching a cutscene you goddam spoonfed baby.

Seriously, dragging on vestigial mechanics which only added confusion and just stopped new players interacting with the games was killing the series slowly, I hope the next Gen takes a lot of inspiration from LGBT, maybe not as dramatically but in the spirit of cutting down on the insane bloat the series has accumulated over the years.
