The male characters all look so similar, apart from a couple of exceptions, yet the female ones look significantly different.
I know this was due to hardware limitations at the start, but why did they not do anything with the male designs as things improved?

How can others win something they've never been in? Ash is the only one who's even been in a Pokemon League. The rest just go straight to the E4.

In the games, the League consists of the Badge Quest, plus the Elite Four and Champion. Or at least the latter two. Victory Road could be analogous to the tournament aspect of the anime, with an added exploration gimmick.

Ash became the biggest loser in the Pokemon community and anime community. Who do want to see ageless trainer with no gold. Pokemon fans doesn't even care about Ash anymore.
