The only non-antagonistic character Bisharp was owned by was Grimsley. But even he's sort of an antagonist because he has to he defeated in order to beat the main story.

Gladion is good albeit edgy, and uses both of these.

Apart from E4 rematches maybe, I can't think of anyone good who uses a Toxicroak. It's all Galactic and Flare people, plus Ghetsis in BW2.

There's also that asshole veteran/ace duo at the end of Mount Lanakila in USUM. Fuck those guys when you're nuzlocking, god damn. They're not even major bosses but they're a fucking pain in the ass.

remember how desperately they tried to make ash feel isolated for having a fucking raticate when he had one for half an episode? we're supposed to believe that several dozen people on the ship have a bunch of pallet town starters and butterfrees, but nobody has the evolution of rattata, one of the most common pokemon in the region?

ash should have kept raticate for half the fucking season. give it some fucking character development instead of making out trading to be this shitty experience for everyone involved.
