Ah yes, Rotom, my favorite gen 1 Pokemon. I love how this classic Pokemon remains on my bottom screen the entire game. Clearly only a classic gen 1 Pokemon is deserving of doing this.

It's great how they put a gen 1 Pokemon such as Lucario the main focus of the Pokken boxart. A classic Pokemon like Lucario really gives me that 90s nostalgia. It was also nice of them to make my assistant, Nia, themed after Weavile, another classic gen 1 Pokemon.

Speaking of Lucario, isn't it amazing how they made this classic Pokemon the poster boy of Mega Evolution? It only makes sense that they chose an original gen 1 Pokemon to introduce this mechanic to the player.

And oh man, it was great how in the I Choose You movie, they gave classic gen 1 Pokemon such as Piplup and Lucario a lot of screentime. It really did give me those memories of watching the original series back when I was a kid.

Didn't you guys find it cool how the new Pokemon, Silvally, was modeled after the original gen 1 Pokemon, Arceus? Oh man I remember catching Arceus and showing them to my friends on the playground back during the Game Boy days!
